Who doesn’t love a good scare? You love watching them, even though they make you terrified. Terrified to swim in the ocean, walk alone in the woods, pick up hitchhikers, answer the phone, take a shower, sleep. Ok, you’re really not safe doing anything in the world of horror films. And to prove it, here’s a list of some common things you can expect to see in horror film trailers: blood, murder, death, decapitation, dismemberment, ghosts, goblins, skeletons, monsters, vampires, werewolves, zombies, spiders, cobwebs, things that go bump in the night, scary attics, scary basements, haunted houses, bad acting, teenagers, teenagers running scared, teenagers getting slaughtered, naked women, girls screaming, guys screaming like girls, creepy children, murderous dolls, murderous leprechauns, trolls, clowns, stingers, jump scares, sequels, remakes, blatant rip-offs, actors you’ve never heard of, and actors you’ve heard of that are at the beginning of a slow career decline.
